IHM collaborates with business and creates tailor-made programmes for companies, organisations and professional as well as trade associations. Our objective is to raise skill levels in such fields as sales, marketing, finance, business communication and management.
The programmes are designed in close collaboration with the commissioning client. The goals are that participants should grow and develop in their working roles, which means that the company in turn becomes stronger and more competitive.

The ongoing training and development of personnel should be viewed as long-term investment. This calls for a high level of commitment both from the general agent, Volvo Cars Sweden (VPS), and Swedish Volvo dealerships. To ensure a range of educational courses that are in good-quality content, VPS and IHM have a long-term business agreement.
After working with Yamaha Motor Scandinavia for 10 successful years we recently deepened our co-operation and formed Yamaha Academy, wich covers business programmes as well as product programmes and technical training. Yamaha Academy covers all training for Yamaha-dealers all over Scandinavia.
Volvo Group and IHM Business School have designed a training program for present and future Project managers or Project members within Volvo. The program deals with modern team leadership behavioural issues as well as the theory and phases necessary to go through for each project to be successful. The learning process is built on action-reflection learning, which demands active participation.
ICA one of the Nordic region’s leading retail companies and IHM has an agreement regarding IHM’s open programs. The agreement also includes access to ICA Business School – a program in account management and leadership, especially designed for ICA and their special requirements.
